Held at Collier Circle Pond off of Wootton Avenue. All youths between the ages of 6 and 16 are invited to come on out and "catch some fun". Cost is $1.00 and the event is held rain or shine.

Holiday Lighting Contest
Everyone is encouraged to help make Poolesville look its best!
All homeowners and merchants in the Poolesville town limits are invited to "deck their halls" and show their holiday spirit.
For homeowners we have three (3) categories:
Contemporary, Traditional, and Townhouse!
One business will also be chosen as most appreciated.
Fisher Avenue will be the dividing line with one winner from each category selected from each side of town.

Holiday Lighting Ceremony
First Friday in December
Whalen Commons
Join us as Whalen Commons is transformed into a winter wonderland.
The festivities begin at 6:30 pm for children who wish to visit with Santa and share their holiday wishes, followed by caroling and performances by our local church choirs. Refreshments will be available to purchase.
Once again there will be a Toy Drive, please bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event, collection boxes will be available and WUMCO will distribute the toys to local children in need.
